The CH Tactical IFAK is designed to be used in conjunction with the shooters belt but with the 12.5mm laser cut pals backing, cut from Squadron Laminate by UK Tactical Solutions, can be used on standard spaced molle platforms and battle belts etc.

The pouch has 2" elastic sides to allow it to stretch and comes with TQ loops on the bottom for a further TQ to be fitted for quick and easy access.  

Insert will be multicam elastic with pull tab to hold x1 FFD and x1 TQ or (x2 of each)

Great quality kit does the job however if not using the insert make sure u have a bag of some sort as kit will fall out the bottom
